dhun (धुन — melody, tune, an obsession you can't shake) is a late-night music lounge for the web. Bollywood bangers, Punjabi heat, 90s gold and 3am lo-fi — dhun on, duniya off.

No accounts, no ads, no algorithm guilt-tripping you. Drop the needle, queue what you love, and let it play — bajne do.

Built with React + Vite, hand-written CSS (every groove of that vinyl is code — no UI kit), and music metadata & streams from an unofficial JioSaavn API. Playback runs on the browser's native audio engine with MediaSession support, so your keyboard media keys and lock-screen controls just work.

dhun is a personal, educational project. It hosts no audio files — all content is fetched from publicly available endpoints and belongs to its respective owners and labels. Not affiliated with JioSaavn. If you love a track, support the artist on an official platform.
