terms & conditions.
dhun is a free, personal, educational, non-commercial project made for the love of music. By using it you're agreeing to a handful of reasonable things below. None of it is scary — mostly it's "be cool, and support the artists you love."
dhun is offered as is and as available, with no warranty or guarantee of any kind. There's no promise that it'll always be online, always be accurate, or run without interruption. It might go down, break, or change without notice. It's a passion project, not a paid service — bajne do, jab tak bajta hai.
dhun stores and hosts no music, artwork or media of its own. It surfaces metadata and audio streams from an unofficial, third-party JioSaavn API. All music, cover art, names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, artists and labels. dhun is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by JioSaavn in any way.
The service is for your own personal, non-commercial listening. Don't repackage it, resell it, or use it as part of some commercial offering. And if a track moves you — go support the artist on an official platform. That's how the music keeps coming.
Because there are no accounts, there's no user-generated content here and nothing is asked of you beyond reasonable, lawful use. In return: don't abuse, scrape, hammer, overload or otherwise try to disrupt or break the service or the upstream API it relies on. Keep it chill so it stays up for everyone.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator of dhun is not liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the site, your inability to use it, or your reliance on any third-party content or its availability. You use dhun at your own discretion and risk.
dhun respects rights-holders. If you're a rights-holder and you believe content surfaced through dhun should not be, reach out via rajkar.dev and it will be addressed promptly.
dhun is operated from and governed by the laws of India. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
